Being awarded a Diamond Safety Rating is huge—STEP is a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance.
It measures the safety processes and policies on 25 key components and benchmarks them against other participating companies.
What makes this award so special is that it’s extremely challenging to obtain.
